Access
INSTRUCTIONS—WEB ACCESS
FOR CBSI CLIENTS
*NOTE: 128-bit encryption needed. Download latest version of
Internet Explorer if needed.
Client access web is a secure website that complies with the
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher is required. To upgrade or
download the latest version of IE, please click
here.
1) Enter Client Access on our web site. ![[ Click here to Log In ]](loginbutton.gif)
2) Input your Client No. as the Client ID (case-sensitive).
CBSI has already set up your Client Nos./Client ID
3) User Name: 1st time: “CBSI will issue you a temporary
user name” (not case-sensitive)
Thereafter: a supervisor (you) can add more users (see
below):
Password: 1st time: “CBSI will issue you a temporary
password” (case-sensitive)
thereafter: create passwords for each user, including
yourself
Adding Users:
--- “Edit Users”. Be sure to “Select All”. Follow
the screen, assigning permissions.
“Submit” when done.
4) New Account Entry: --- * = required fields. When
inputting SSN & Ph #: use dashes; Dates=MMDDYY
--- “Submit Data” when done
--- Option: To send your accounts in your own “.txt” or
“.xls” format, go to
“Client File Upload”, “Browse” to them on your
system, and “Upload” to us.
5) Account Inquiry: Find a debtor by any of several
variables, report payments, and edit an account
6) Reports: Will appear on your computer so you can print
them on YOUR printer:
---- Select what you want from pre-formatted list,
-OR-, if what you want is not listed,
---- Go to Report Builder or Data Mining Tool to create your
report
(a) Can sort by column header
(b) “.xls”: Use this feature to get totals. An Excel
spreadsheet opens so you can download
the report to your own computer. You will need to format the
spreadsheet to
suit your needs, including creating column totals. Then save
it in Excel format
in a file you choose.
(c) CTRL: Hold down and click on additional fields you want
on report
---- To get a Client Inventory:
(a) Log In with your main Client #
(b) “Reports”
(c) “Report Builder”
(d) “All” or “Select” the client nos. you want on
report
(e) “Run Report”
(f) To get column totals, see “.xls” above
---- To get History Report:
(a) Log In with your main Client #
(b) “Reports”
(c) “Standard Analysis”
(d) “All” or “Select” the client nos. you want on
report
(e) “Generate Report”
----- To report payments (on other than “LEG” accounts)
or edit an account:
(a) “Account Inquiry”
(b) Type in Debtor’s name, acct #, etc to identify that
debtor, then “Search”
(c) Click on correct account
(d) “Report payment” or “Edit Account”
(e) “Update Record”
